How to Make A Booking?

In order to receive better services from us, we strongly recommend you Sign In or Register before you make a booking on our website. After creating an account, you’ll be able to track your payment status, track the confirmation and you can also submit a review after you finish the tour.

Althouth our website accepts booking as a guest, we still recommend you to make a booking after register, and there are the following advantages.

  • Track Your Booking StatusYou could sign-in to your account, and track your booking status and download your invoice in your dashboard.
  • Easier to Manage Your BookingWithout contacting the customer service, you could manage your booking in your account center. What's more, you may cancel your booking anytime before processing the payment.
  • Easier PaymentIf you choose “Book Now and Pay Later” after sign-in, you could process online payment anytime after we confirm your booking. You may also choose to pay by bank transfer and submit your payment receipt in your dashboard.
  • Enquiring A Better PriceIf you make a booking online, and choose “Book Now and Pay Later”, you may consult the customer service to enquire whether a special offer is available for your booking. If the answer is “Yes”, we could help you change the invoice amount before you process the payment.
  • Review Your TourAfter finishing the tour, no matter whether you are satisfied with the tours or have any complaints to make. You could submit a review in your booking details.

How to Make A Booking?

As A Guest
  • Search your cruise and tours
  • Make a booking, process the payment online after you fill in all the traveler detailsChoose pay with "PayPal", and credit cards are acceptable. If you choose "Book Now and Pay Later", you need to contact the customer service to arrange the payment. A booking without payment will be cancelled automatically after 15 days.
  • After we approve your booking, you will receive the booking confirmation via email.If we fail to confirm your booking, we will contact you to provide alternative departures or make a full refund.
As A Member after Sign-in (Recommended)
  • Register and Sign-in your account. This step is quite easy.Please fill in your correct email address, as you will receive email notifications during your booking process.
  • Search your cruise and tours
  • Make a booking, process the payment online after you fill in all the traveler details.Choose to pay with "PayPal", and credit cards (VISA, MaterCard, etc) are acceptable if you don't have a PayPal account. If you choose "Book Now and Pay Later" and enquire us for a better offer, you may process the payment anytime after we confirm your booking. If there is a discount, we will update your invoice amount before you pay. But please be aware that a booking without payment will be cancelled automatically after 15 days. If you'd like to pay by bank transfers or RMB, please contact customer service for more details.
  • After we approve your booking after your payment, you will receive the booking confirmation and invoice via email.To make updates on traveler details after booking, please contact customer service.
  • After you finish the tour, you could submit a review from your account center. Your feedbacks will be much appreciated.
