After walking out of the Exit of the train station, turn left and walk about 200m till you see the BRT bus station. You need to wait for bus B1 at the Platform No.2, which is the starting station of B1.
Take bus B1 from Yichang East Railway Station (宜昌东站) to Yichang Central Hospital (宜昌中心医院)
Please be aware that the station broadcasting and signs on the bus would be in mandarin Chinese. After getting off the bus at Yichang Central Hospital (宜昌中心医院), you may walk to the tourist center, and the distance is about 400 meters on foot.
