Fine Dining Service Details

• The bread and pastries are hand-made at 4 o’clock every morning and freshly baked
• Use fresh vegetables for plate decorations in order to retain the original taste of the pastry
• Use vegetable and fruit sterilizers and drinking water to clean ingredients.
• The vegetable and fruit salad keeps the best taste at a constant temperature of 8°C (40°F)
• Victoria Cruises uses handpicked coffee beans, only provides freshly brewed coffee rather than instant coffee
