By using our Website and/or completing a booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions, and that you agree to comply with them.

Travelers who cancel the booking for any reason, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

You understand and agree that the service is provided “as is” and that Sloth Holidays assumes no responsibility for the descriptions, availability or misquotations of offers and programs provided by the supplier or their agents.
On this Web Site, Sloth Holidays may provide access to travel-related services provided by third parties that Sloth Holidays does not control. Sloth Holidays is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such third party suppliers which may result in loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions. Sloth Holidays does not guarantee any of our third party suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or protection of personal belongings. In addition, Sloth Holidays assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays for cruises, hotels or airlines.
Sloth Holidays shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, cost or delay arising from or in connection with the services and facilities provided by or any act of a supplier such as cruise line, airline, rail, hotel, tour, or any other transport operator, etc., whether or not such arrangements were made by Sloth Holidays.
We reserve the right to correct clerical errors on the invoice, including but not limited to taxes, government fees, air and cruise charges, and miscellaneous costs any time up to commencement of travel. We strongly recommend travel protection insurance to cover the cost of travel delay and trip interruption.
Sloth Holidays shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travelers who use this Web Site, assume full responsibility for, and hereby release Yangtze.com from any duty of checking or verifying any passports, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. The traveler agrees that Sloth Holidays is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web Site. By embarking on travel arrangements through, or utilizing information contained on, the Web Site, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.
You confirm that all details provided by you when making your booking (such as name, passport details, contact details, payment details and dates) are accurate and complete. If you notify us of any incorrect details provided by you by mistake, we will help you try and change the details on the booking, however we cannot guarantee that the suppliers (especially airlines) will permit this, in particular where a change could amount to a change in identity.
When your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 2 working days. You agree to check the details in the booking confirmation and to contact us immediately if any of the details are incorrect.
When you book a tour product on our website, the terms of payment will be made clear to you during the booking process. If you encounter a problem when you submit your payment, please do not submit the payment again. You can confirm whether your booking was successfully made by contacting us.
Any refunds will be paid back to the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise. The date that any refund will be paid into your account is subject to the provider of your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate insurance and the required travel documents for your trip. This includes (but is not limited to) your passport/national ID card, visas, and medical documents (such as proof of vaccinations).
